The Annual Peach Festival is hosted by the Leitersburg Ruritan to celebrate the Peach agricultural heritage of Washington County's Orchards.

The Peach Festival is hosted by hundreds of volunteers who do their best to make your visit and enjoyable and safe experience.

Money raised from the festival supports local businesses, orchards, the Vol Fire Department and the Ruritan community projects.

Please be patient and respectful of our volunteers.

The festival has free live music on Saturday and Sunday featuring local musicians.

The live music is in the gazebo on the east lawn of the community center

The Peach Festival has live demonstrations including live chain saw carving and a live blacksmith demonstration.

8:00 Sunday August 13th Peach Festival 5K race

Festival starts with a 5k Run Walk thru the streets of Leitersburg.

The 5K is in memory of Jack Roberts who was a huge part of the Peach Festival

5k proceeds go to a scholarship in memory of Jack and the Ruritan scholarship program.

The Peach Festival has approximately 110 craft vendors featuring a wide variety of products to purchase.  

From arts and crafts, jewelry, baskets, metal work, woodwork, pottery, spices, honey, peanuts, candles, knives, lotions, and so much more.

The Ruritan hosts a raffle.  The raffle features products from the vendors at the festival with a handmade quilt being the grand prize.  

Tickets are available at the hospitality tent next to the pavilion.

The Peach Festival has free parking

Please enter the festival from 21427 Leiter Street, the driveway by the Fire Department.

The Volunteer Fire Department conducts a boot donation drive, The donation is not for parking but supports the fire dept.

The parking lot is a grass field and may be difficult for strollers, walkers, and wheelchairs. We do have golf carts offering complementary rides from all the parking lots to the vendor area.

Admission to the festival is free.

Food vendors set up on the blacktop, pavilion and in the community center.  

The pavilion features food from the Ruritan and Fire Department.

The menu includes:
Pit Beef Sandwiches, Sausage Sandwiches, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, BBQ Beef Sandwiches, Hand Cut French Fries, Chicken Tenders, Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. Cash, credit or debit cards accepted.

Desserts include: Homemade Peach Cobbler, Peach Pies, Peach Ice Cream, cash, credit or debit cards accepted.
