9:00am: Interview Judging of all 4-H projects, except livestock, poultry and rabbit projects.
Superintendents must check out all livestock exhibitors. Market Sale Animals cannot leave the fairgrounds at any time after arrival.
All livestock may be released after their respective shows, with the exception of market sale animals, Including any buy back animals.

8:00am: All livestock can begin arriving
8:30am: 4-H/FFA Rabbit Check-in & Show
4-H Dog Show
10:00am: 4-H/FFA Poultry Check-in
10:30am: 4-H/FFA Poultry Show
11:00am: 4-H Booths must be in place & 4-H Club Books due
11:30am: 4-H/FFA Sheep Check-in & Weigh-in
1:00pm: PeeWee & 4-H/FFA Sheep Show
4:30pm: 4-H/FFA Beef, Meat Goats & Swine in place
4:45pm: All Livestock Exhibitors meet with Superintendents
5:00pm: Beef, Meat Goat & Swine Weigh-in (Market Beef must be declared for the ultrasound contest at weigh-in - $20/head)
6:00pm: Ranch Rodeo
