7:30-10:00am: Beef, Bucket Calf, Sheep and Meat Goat Weigh-In/Check-In
8:30-11:00am: Exhibits to be in place in the 4-H Building: Entomology; Photography; Project Displays and Reading.
Exhibits to be in place in the Chief Building: Booths/Banners; Energy Management-Electrical & Electronics, Small Engines, and Alternative Energy; Forestry; Geology; Home Environment; Notebooks; Self-Determined; Shooting Sports; and Wildlife.
(Exhibits to be entered during their conference judging time: Clothing & Textiles; Cloverbuds; Exploring; Fiber Arts; Foods & Nutrition-Foods, Foods Preservation, Place Settings; Plant Science; STEM; Visual Arts & Crafts; Veggie Garden and Woodworking.)
10:00am: Conference Judging: Foods & Nutrition-Foods, Foods Preservation, and Place Settings; Cookies for College (scheduled by club)
11:00am: Rabbits must be on grounds
11:00am: Dairy Goat and Dairy Cattle must be on grounds, except for Dairy Cattle in milk

6:00pm: Livestock Buyers Appreciation Supper. (Tent) Extra tickets for sale at the Extension Office.
6:45pm: Parade of Champions (Livestock Arena)

8:00pm: All exhibits released, Livestock must wait until the completion of the sale to load. (Optional pick-up from 3:00-4:30 or Tuesday morning)

10:30 am: Fairground Clean-Up. Exhibits left from Monday evening must be picked up between 9:00-10:15 am.
12:00 pm: Pizza Party (4-H Building), if you helped with the Fairground Clean-Up
1:00 pm: Swimming Party (McPherson Water Park), free tickets available during Fairground Clean-Up
