This year’s Spirits Festival is all about the LIVE MUSIC! Two days with four amazing bands! Double Down RVA . Returning for 4th Year! Rock and Roll with a Southern Soul – Double Down is a Classic Rock band located in Central Virginia. The Sugar Hollows The Sugar Hollows is some-kind-of-rock band hailing from Richmond, VA. Josh Lief Band : Josh Lief is singer-songwriter, guitar player based in Richmond, VA. The Crimestoppers : The Crimestoppers band has been playing the Mid-Atlantic scene, from Maryland to North Carolina, for over forty-two (42) years.
