The Beacon Restaurant announces Mother’s Day and new Spring Menus

Sheboygan, WI (April 30, 2024) - The Beacon Restaurant at Blue Harbor Resort will be hosting a Mother’s Day Luncheon on Sunday, May 12^th with exclusive menu available only on Mother’s Day as well as a revamped Spring dinner menu.

The special Mother’s Day menu includes a selection of starters including Smoked Salmon and Braised Fennel Salad, Grilled Eggplant Caprese Salad, or Tuscan Mushroom and Duck Soup. Sandwich options include a Lemon Tarragon Chicken Salad Wrap or French Dip and entrées range from Spinach Boursin Stuffed Airline Chicken to Salmon en Croûte. The restaurant will also be providing a complimentary mimosa for moms attending the luncheon when ordering from The Beacon.

Additionally, The Beacon has launched a revamped Spring dinner menu including starters with a local flair like Bloody Mary Fried Pickles, Fried Wisconsin Cheese Curds, Wisconsin Sausage Sampler, Wisconsin Beer Cheese Soup, and the Strawberry Waldorf Salad. Entrée highlights include a Pecan Crusted Walleye, Lighthouse Chicken Sandwich, Smoked Gouda Burger, or build your own pizza. The Beacon Restaurant also offers a kid’s menu as well as gluten-free and vegan options.
