Authentic, Gritty, and Powerful are words used to describe this band. Even though the roots of this group are fairly young, having been established in 2018, the members of the band all have decades of experience working in other bands while honing their crafts and sharing the stage with some of the biggest names in country music today. The paths of these musicians brought them together to form Sons of Sterling with one goal in mind... to spread the word about Red Dirt music. Red Dirt, a genre of music with it's flag planted primarily in Oklahoma and Texas, is a blend of outlaw country, Americana, and southern rock, with an independent, almost anti-pop culture attitude. Sons of Sterling takes a "no holds barred" approach to deliver a fun, energetic, and powerful performance.
