Cecil Bird Club


The Cecil Bird Club is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the understanding and enjoyment of wild birds, as well as the conservation of avian habitats. Founded in 1994, the Club promotes recreational and social events, educational programs, information exchange, research on bird populations, and cooperation on issues important to the future of birds.

The Club is a chapter of the Maryland Ornithological Society (MOS). Members of the Cecil Bird Club are automatically enrolled as members of MOS, and receive all the publications and information from that organization as well.
