The City on the Lakes is starting a new tradition with the annual Celebrate Laconia Lights Festival. The Lights Festival, presented by Service Credit Union, includes the City's annual holiday parade and Light-Up Laconia Holiday Decorating Competition, as well as the new City on the Lakes Holiday Walk and the Holiday Coloring Contest.
