To develop and implement current, relevant, and appropriate educational programs and services which meet the needs of a diverse student population and are fully compliant with State mandates; to ensure the quality, uniformity, and equitable delivery of educational programs and services in all schools for all students through coordinated program planning, monitoring and evaluation; and, to build within the district the systems and the capacity to sustain itself and continue to improve after the district returns to local control.
