Pentecostal Church of Christ's Outreach Ministry's mission is to restore, renew and empower people for the glory of God by reaching out to meet their needs in order to aid in transformation toward empowerment, self-sufficiency and an increase in the quality of life through Christian values.
 
Services and supports:  Provide for physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals in the community.
 
Target Population:  Homeless, impoverished, single parent families, children, and all others in need of physical, emotional or spiritual support.
 
Community Involvement:  Incorporate the entire community (individuals, businesses, organizations, and other churches) to be involved in supporting the target population.
