Pfannenstiel's Market at the Farm is a 20 acre farm that currently has 12 in production. It is owned and operated by myself, Tim Pfannenstiel, a former professional chef, and wife Susie. The labor force comes from my 4 young boys. Our farm grows a large variety of heirloom vegetables, and fresh culinary herbs. Pfannenstiel's Market is a CSA farm (consumer supported agriculture), that is supported through private annual membership shares. There are only a limited number of these shares and they are on a first come first serve basis.

These shares include but are not limited to: farm fresh eggs, Kansas raised beef, and various selected products that are produced by other like-minded producers across the country.
