Royal Oak Community Farm
 - Vegetables and herbs are grown using organic practices, with flowers planted along the south end of the property for beautification purposes.
 -  Royal Oak Forward is partnering with MSU Extension Oakland 4H Youth Development and the Royal Oak School District to provide students with the opportunity to join MSU-4H sponsored groups and be mentored in agriculture and business.
  - Crops are being sold at the local market, to local businesses and through CSA shares.
  - Farm profits will go to the Royal Oak Foundation for Public Education.

- As a venture of the nonprofit Royal Oak Forward, we will provide significant benefits for Royal Oak students & schools, businesses, residents and the community as a whole
- Offer students exposure to the educational experience of farming.
- Utilize vacant land.
-Provide the community with access to locally grown vegetables and herbs.
