Helping Your Child And Your School

Here at Town Creek Elementary, we view each child as an individual with unique and special talents. Our instructional philosophy and techniques support this view. However, we can only do so much. To assist a child in becoming the best possible person they can be, we need support from home. There are many ways that your family can help support and enhance your child's school experience, as well as many ways to help Town Creek Elementary do the best job it can to educate and support your child. Please contact either the Town Creek PTA or your child's teacher for more information.

Town Creek Elementary School is located in St. Mary's County, Maryland approximately 75 miles southeast of Washington, D.C. As one of the oldest and smallest schools in St. Mary's County, Town Creek was opened in 1958. The school includes kindergarten through fifth grade classrooms with a student enrollment of approximately 280 students. The population represents a variety of economic and racial backgrounds.
