Tri-County is a non-profit farmer's cooperative located just outside of Hightstown, in East Windsor, since 1934.  It is commonly referred to as the "Hightstown Coop".  Tri-County now offers Community Supported Agriculture shares or a CSA.  20 weeks of fresh Jersey produce available for pick-up on Thursdays beginning in mid-June.  The cost is $500 for a full share, intended to serve a family of 4 or a half share for $250.  A full share will include 8 different items at least one of which will be a local fruit.
