Cynthia Wagner completed her undergraduate studies at Lakeland College, and received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Western Michigan University in 1981. Ms. Wagner specializes in child/adolescent issues, ADHD, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and individual adult treatment. Wagner joined the staff of Oaklawn in 1990.
